We make every effort to accommodate our customers when emergencies arise, however we do request the courtesy of 24 hours notice for all spa services and 48 hours notice for all packages scheduled. Cancellations of less than the hours noted will result in a 50% fee. Gift certificates will be reduced to half the value. No shows will be charged the full 100% fee.
Reservations are recommended to be made as far in advance as possible. For groups of 4 or more a 20% nonrefundable deposit is required to guarantee the appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that our services run as smoothly as possible. If you are receiving a facial, body treatment, or massage, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a personal skin analysis, and to change into appropriate clothing.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Many treatments require the removal of jewelry. It is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and or prescriptions you are taking as some services may have contra-indications.
We make a firm commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, and as such we sterilize and sanitize our equipment for all services and treatments.
